The Offer is only available to individual consumers who are legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited by law.

To request your $5.00 cash back (paid via PayPal or Venmo) complete the steps below. Requests shall be redeemed on a "first come, first serve" basis in relation to when a participant electronically submits a valid request and such submission is received and recorded.

• Between May 1, 2025, and September 6, 2025 (“Purchase Period”), purchase three (3) cans of ROCKSTAR® Energy Drink at any participating retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”). Save your receipt! Multipack purchases are not eligible for $5 reimbursement.

Purchases from Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Ralphs, Dillons, Smith's, King Soopers, Fry's, QFC, City Market, Owen's, Jay C, Pay Less, Baker's, Gerbes, Harris Teeter, Pick 'n Save, Metro Market, Mariano's, Fred Meyer, Food 4 Less, Food Co, Albertsons, Safeway, Vons, Pavilions, Jewel Osco, Shaw's, Star Market, Acme, Tom Thumb, Randalls, United Supermarkets, Haggen, Carrs, Kings Food Market, Balducci's, Save Mart, Target Meijer, Stater Bros, Hy-Vee, Raley's, Publix, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Cub Foods, Food Lion, H-E-B, Giant Eagle, Stop & Shop or Walgreens will NOT be honored.

• Visit rockstar.gotoaisle.com (“Website”) or scan the code on the Offer advertising materials found at select locations and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including uploading your receipt.

Entrants accessing the Website by scanning the code must have a smart phone or other web- enabled device with a camera feature or code-reader application and may incur data charges from their wireless service provider for each use of the code, depending on their service plan. Entrants are solely responsible for any wireless charges associated with such use, including the downloading (if applicable) and use of the code reader.

• The receipt must show the store name, time (if included) and date of purchase, the Qualifying Purchase, the purchase price of the Qualifying Purchase, and the receipt total. Information on receipt must be readable. Your receipt may only be submitted one (1) time. No handwritten receipts will be accepted. Submit your receipt as indicated above by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 6, 2025.

• Allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for verification of the receipt you submitted and an email containing the $5.00 cash back link for a deposit into your PayPal or Venmo account (“Service Provider Account”). Complete the transaction as indicated. See “Cash Back Reward Conditions” below.

Cash Back Reward Conditions: Receipt of a cash back reward is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the PayPal user agreement (www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full) or Venmo user agreement (venmo.com/legal/us-user-agreement) depending on the recipient's Service Provider Account. Recipient must have or create a valid U.S. account with PayPal or Venmo in good standing, to receive, access, and use a cash back reward. There is no cost to create a PayPal or Venmo account. A cash back reward will not be sent to a recipient with a locked, closed or restricted Service Provider Account.

Offer valid only for purchases made in the United States. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time. Restrictions/conditions may apply. Any fraudulent submission or attempt by any person to submit more than one (1) request, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to deny such request. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies for discrepancies, delays, omissions, inconsistencies or errors regarding the Qualifying Purchase or receipt printing errors. Employees of PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, affiliated companies, retailers, and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to this Offer, including without limitation, eligibility and the purchase requirement, are final and binding and non-appealable in all respects. A receipt that contains a purchase date outside of the Purchase Period, an invalid product, or is inaccurate or contains illegible or incomplete information, regardless of the reason, therefore, will be rejected and not be honored. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; traffic congestion on the network; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of participant's contact information provided for the Offer. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the Offer or these Terms and Conditions, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on Offer advertising materials or Website. Participation is at user's own risk. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's mobile device resulting from participation in the Offer.
